These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReflexStats ("we", "us", the "Site") and all of the free brain, reflex, memory and typing tests available on it. By visiting the Site or playing any test, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
ReflexStats provides free, browser-based cognitive and reflex tests — including reaction time, sequence memory, aim training, number memory, verbal memory, visual memory, the chimp test, typing and hearing tests. All tests run entirely in your browser. No account, registration or payment is required, and the service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available".
2. Permitted use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment and self-assessment. You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers or other automation to interact with the tests or inflate scores;
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-download Site content beyond what a normal search engine crawler does;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Site, its servers or its advertising;
- frame or mirror the Site, or republish its content, in a way that misrepresents its origin;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
3. Not medical or professional advice
The tests and scores on ReflexStats are for entertainment and general informational purposes only. They are not medical, psychological or diagnostic instruments. A score on this Site says nothing clinical about your health, intelligence or fitness to perform any activity. If you have concerns about your reaction time, memory or cognition, consult a qualified professional.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's original content — including test designs, articles, guides, graphics and code — is owned by ReflexStats and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may link to any page and share your scores freely. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the Site's content without prior written permission. ReflexStats is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other benchmark or testing website.
5. Advertising
The Site is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisements are clearly distinguishable from test content. We do not control the products or services advertised and are not responsible for third-party sites you reach through ads. Use of cookies for advertising is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that scores will be perfectly accurate on every device — browser, display and input hardware all affect measured results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReflexStats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Because the service is free, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed ten US dollars (US$10).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. You may stop using the Site at any time; local scores can be removed by clearing your browser storage.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
